COVID-19 New Salon Measures

The safety of our team and clients is paramount and these are the new measures we have in place, so you know what to expect on your visit;

If you have symptoms of Coronavirus or have knowingly been in contact with Coronavirus please call the Salon immediately to reschedule your appointment. You will also need to contact the Salon if you develop symptoms of Coronavirus within 14 days after your appointment (for track and trace purposes).

We request that you come to your appointment alone unless you require assistance. Children’s appointments can be accompanied by one adult only.

Please wait outside the Salon until our COVID Coordinator invites you in. You will be taken straight to your freshly cleaned station. Your temperature will only be taken if you don’t feel 100% or if there is a surge in Coronavirus cases in Gloucestershire.

Sadly, we will not be able to store shopping bags.

We have 100% biodegradable coat covers to protect your coat/jacket should you wish us to store it during your visit.

We have digital magazines that you can download onto your phone or you are welcome to bring in your own reading material.

Please feel free to bring in your own refreshments. Currently we can only serve water in disposable cups.

Following Government guidelines, as from the 8th August it will be mandatory for clients to wear a face mask during their visit to the Salon. Our team will be wearing face shields and appropriate PPE.

You will be required to use the hand sanitising station in Reception on arrival and departure.

Following Government guidelines, we are not allowed to cut facial hair at present.

Our beauty services will remain closed for the moment and will reopen in the coming weeks.

Social distancing measures will be in place with fewer staff and clients in the Salon at any one time. Our team will be working on a rota basis and our new opening hours are Monday – Saturday 9am – 7pm.
